This episode's audio talks about Seamus' struggles this past year. Izze has been dealing with their day job and pretty severe burnout as well, so PANR on the whole took a bit of a backseat. Seamus' production team over on the YouTube and Discord have been phenomenal in keeping things going and cheering Seamus on, shout outs to all of them!
