Dorinda and Morton find an ingenious way to escape their current situation. As the last of the partygoers arrive, Dorinda must juggle fingering the killer as well as breaking some terrible news to her good friend, Alice. In the evening, during Dr. Margosian’s party, she takes control, naming all of the probable suspects and announcing the murderer before dinner. Dorinda believes the death was more than an accident, but she needs proof. With Stacey down and out from seasickness, she reaches out to an unlikely partner-in-crime: enter one Morton Anderlee, Head of Security for Rosemary Berkshire. After some convincing, they go off to question the suspicious party-goers and learn the victim had more than his share of enemies there.
